Friendly crowd, great drinks, and a lively atmosphere at The Penny. The patio is dog-friendly, perfect for a casual hangout. Keep in mind the restroom situation for shy guys, as there's only one stall without a door, thanks to a recent incident. Located in a bustling area, parking can be a challenge, but it's worth asking around for a spot.
