Ku really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience! The lounge has a nice vibe with a decent selection of food and drinks, plus those private meeting rooms are perfect for escaping the crowd. I appreciated the clean atmosphere and friendly staff, making it a solid spot to unwind before a flight.

The atmosphere in the United Club at IAH feels like a hidden refuge amid the chaos of the airport, where I can unwind in cozy corners. Although the food options skimmed the surface of what I hoped for, the attentive staff and serene environment made up for it, turning a frustrating day into a pleasant escape. With comfortable seating and a laid-back vibe, this lounge offers a much-needed sanctuary before heading to my next destination.
