A recent visit to The Roost on a Tuesday evening after trivia ended left me with a sense of peacefulness in the air. The sound of the trivia host's voice echoed loudly in the background, adding to the unique ambiance of the place. We opted for some delicious tacos and mac and cheese from the nearby food truck, which complemented the laid-back vibe of the bar perfectly.
