I was gifted a half loaf of sourdough bread and absolutely loved it. So I had to visit the bakery but I was disappointed when I observed appropriately 7 workers in the baking area handling the dough and the cashier none of which were wearing hairnets, gloves nor masks. Sort of turned my stomach to think of all the possible impurities going into their products.

I love the bead ...any of their bread and the employees are so nice. Best bread since Germany.
