The Tack Room restaurant in Buckeye near the South Buckeye Events Center has great food and a friendly wait staff, along with a newly remodeled space that's really cool. I do wish they played some classic country music though, like Waylon Jennings or Johnny Cash. If you're looking for a comfortable dining experience without the crowds, this is a good spot to check out in town.
