I discovered Greenheart Bakery while traveling and visited their stand at the Heirloom Farmers Market Rillito Park, where I indulged in their plant-based, oil-free Thai Buddha Bowls and sweet treats. Despite not being vegan myself, I thoroughly enjoyed their delicious offerings and have since become a fan of their savory and sweet treats, appreciating the quality and variety they offer.
