The food truck at the Carson City "Wheeled Food Wednesdays" event served up some seriously delicious eats. I tried the vegetarian Italian melt sandwich paired with a cold avocado and poblano soup, and it was a flavor explosion. The Piggy Mac bowl at the Friday Food Truck gathering in Idlewild Park was also a winner, with its four-cheese mac and cheese topped with chipotle pulled pork. If you're in the area, definitely swing by these events and give the Souper wagon a try!
