I revisited this taco truck after 8 years and was pleasantly surprised by the continual improvement in their offerings. Each meat option, particularly the Suadero, cecina, and pastor, is undeniably exceptional. The pastor, in particular, stands out as a noteworthy choice in the local taco scene, while the birria, though not traditional, delivers an explosively flavorful experience that elevates the overall dining experience.
