I've tried a variety of dishes from this food truck and each one has been absolutely delicious. The consome is so flavorful that I could have it by itself every day. The carne asada tacos are my favorite, always full of flavor and never disappoint. Just make sure to call ahead for a quick pickup before they close at 4 pm.
