I've been on a quest for spearmint tea and leaves, and I found some by Tadin at Ralphs in Garden Grove. After enjoying hibiscus tea from a friend's family farm, I discovered it's packed with vitamin C and is known for its health benefits. Recently, I tried shavegrass tea from a Hispanic market, which, despite its less-than-pleasing taste, seems to boost my energy and mood, making me a believer in its benefits for now.
