Located on the west side, this food truck offers delicious carne asada tacos and chips that are a must-try after a hike in Temescal or a leisurely walk. The owner, David Galvan, who sadly passed away after 22 years, created an authentic and flavorful menu that includes crispy tacos with potatoes and street tacos, along with a heartfelt tradition of giving back to the community during the holidays.
