Emuna Catering completely blew me away with their incredible spread that perfectly honored my Azeri Jewish roots and kosher requirements, serving up everything from shawarma to Moroccan cigars with flair and flavor. John and his team were not only responsive and flexible through all the wedding chaos but brought a dazzling dessert room and a bar vibe that had everyone talking long after the celebration ended. Honestly, between the generous portions, impeccable service, and the unexpected sparkler shots on the dance floor, they turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into an unforgettable feast and fantastic time.
