I'm a big fan of the Trinidad Espresso blend from Pascal Restaurant in San Juan Capistrano - it's my go-to coffee choice! I first tried their coffee online about 5 years ago and have been hooked ever since. The flavor is rich, the customer service is amazing, and I wish I could visit their cafe in person!
