I hired Roy Taquiza for my daughter's birthday party in the Inland Empire, and the tacos were a big hit with everyone. Despite contacting Roy last minute, he was able to cater the party and provided delicious al pastor, chicken, and asada meats along with flavorful salsas. The only downside was the bitter lemonade, but overall, Roy's Taquiza delivered exceptional food and service that exceeded my expectations.
