I discovered a catering truck near Heathercliff Rd that serves delicious tacos and burritos, a welcome change from my disappointing experiences at Lilly's Mexican food nearby. The carnitas they offer is exceptional and not available at Lilly's, and the prices are reasonable with generous portions. While the location inside a plant nursery off PCH may be inconvenient, the quality of the food at Nelly's makes it a worthwhile stop for a satisfying meal.
