After a disappointing experience with frozen Guatemalan sausages, I decided to give the cuisine another chance and discovered Guatemalteca Bakery. The tender meats, bursting with flavor, took me back to my childhood, and I found myself enchanted by the authenticity of the dishes. Although the atmosphere and service could use some improvement, the incredible food makes every visit worthwhile, leaving me eager to return for more.
