The carne asada tacos were surprisingly moist and full of flavor, a refreshing change from the usual overcooked versions I often encounter, while the el pastor and chicharron tacos impressed with their balanced, non-greasy richness and perfectly cooked, crunchy pork chunks. Complemented by an excellent horchata and attentive, friendly service, the experience left me eager to return and explore more of the menu.
