I discovered a food truck serving French crepes outside the hospital and decided to try their Southwest Chicken Crepe, which was surprisingly delicious with tender chicken, sauteed onions and bell pepper, cheese, and a light drizzle of sour cream. The burrito-shaped crepe was fluffy and not gummy, though I wished for a bit more spice like cayenne or hot sauce. The lady taking orders had a cool French accent, and I noticed they also offer sweet crepes that looked tempting. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I look forward to returning for more crepes in the future.
