The Gelati here completely stole my heart with their perfect mix of creamy frozen custard and refreshing Italian ice, especially the Strawberry with Vanilla combo that hits all the right sweet and tangy notes. Sure, finding it inside a Chevron gas station was like a mini treasure hunt, and the single Saturday employee meant a bit of a wait, but the smooth, hand-spun texture and real fruit flavors made every bite worth the adventure.
