Although the cookies are pricey and the nearest location to me is now in Northridge after the Topanga Westfield Mall store closed, I appreciate the friendly, talented, and accommodating staff who deliver fresh, delicious cookies and beautifully crafted cakes with great customer service, especially Emily, who went above and beyond to fix a cake order mix-up for my daughter's birthday.
