The service was fantastic, especially from the lady who was super accommodating and helpful, while the guy was a bit more low-key but still got the job done. They answered my call promptly, gave clear directions, and had my shaved ice ready and perfectly soft in no time, even bagging it up for me with a smile. For all my party ice needs, from dry ice to big blocks, this family-run spot has been a reliable, affordable lifesaver that keeps everything cool and my events running smoothly.
