The lobster rolls and lobster tail tater tots from Cousins Maine Lobster food truck are incredibly fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, with perfectly cooked lobster served on soft, buttery rolls. Maxine and Rob provide quick, friendly service, and their menu-including lobster grilled cheese, lobster tacos, and clam chowder-brings an authentic East Coast taste that's well worth the wait and occasional detour.
