After a long work week, I enjoyed a crisp, cold flight of beers, including a cream ale and a hef, paired with a surprisingly flavorful Hawaiian pizza where the ham and pineapple jam really stood out. The side-by-side taster flights were a fun way to explore how different yeast strains influence flavor, and the friendly staff made the experience even better with their knowledge and accommodating service.
