So, I totally had a different view of this place. Finally got a chance to check it out and the staff is super nice and helpful. They have a great variety of tasty food. The reviews I read didn't match up with my experience - the lox bagel was really good and the salmon was fresh. Quick service and the guy at the counter was polite. This morning, I'm digging into an avocado cheddar omelette with loads of tomatoes at Bagel Me. They have so many delicious options here. My absolute fave is the all berry bagel - it's amazing.

I frequent your store on a regular basis.
this morning when I visited your store, I specifically asked for a bagel with light chive cheese. when I got home, it had another cheese, vegetable cream cheese. I had to toss my bagel out because I don't eat vegetable cream cheese.
When I called the store, I thought I'd at least get a sincere apology or offer for a coffee or something for my trouble. I didn't want to drive back to the store to get my correct order.

anyway, I think the customer service could've been better.
I will stick with getting my bagels somewhere else.........
