Winnie's Kooky 'N Kream at the Wednesday Farmer's Market in Ocean Beach is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. The vegan cupcakes come in various flavors, and I must say, they are some of the best cupcakes I've ever tasted - moist and simply delicious! The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, ready to answer any questions you may have about their baking process and ingredients.
