My mom knows the owner, which led to her ordering my favorite dessert, coconut cream pie, for my birthday on September 20th. The pie was absolutely delicious, with each bite feeling like a heavenly experience. I'm excited to sample more of her treats in the near future, and while I wanted to share a photo of the pie, it was devoured before I could capture it.
