I had reserved two machines for a big event on December 3 with another company, but two days before the event, they called to say they couldn't make the delivery. They suggested Margaritas on Tap and Margarita Mama, which I later found out are now one company. After leaving a message and an email, I was relieved when they called back within a couple of hours, ensuring me there would be no issue fulfilling my order. The owner was polite and helpful, the machines worked flawlessly, and my guests loved the margaritas at the event.
