went to DQ today, When I paid the person in the drive thru dropped all my change and never said a word, not sorry, not oops, nothing, just expected me to pick it up and I have back issues, so I hurt myself trying to pick the change up and cannot stop thinking about how rude he was. Then when I got back to my office with the food, I discovered I had no cheese sauce for my pretzel sticks. Then I discovered I had zero napkins either. They handed me my ice cream and it was a full 5 min before the rest of my order was ready, so my ice cream was melted already by the time I left DQ. Mostly I am really upset that the clerk basically dropped all my change and didnt say a word, to say this is rude is an understatement. I will not be returning to this location ever. Not EVER again!
