I discovered Monsieur Madame at a wine event in a vineyard, and the pairing was perfect. The classic Croque Monsieur brought back memories of days spent in Fontainebleau with its flavorful ham and nicely melted cheese. The ratatouille on the side was a light and fresh complement to the sandwich, ensuring I didn't feel weighed down. I look forward to enjoying their delectable food again soon.
