Catering for my daughter's birthday was a breeze thanks to the wonderful mother and daughter team who helped me plan the perfect amount of food well in advance. Katie's kindness and their thoughtful service made the whole process comfortable, and the food-ranging from fried rice to banh cuon and pate chaud-was absolutely delicious, with even my parents impressed. The quality, flavor, and care they put into every dish truly stand out, and I'll definitely be coming back for future celebrations.
