I recently opened a bottle of 2006 Roman Cucina Merlot that I purchased from your tasting room in San Miguel. This bottle has been stored properly in my wine rack until today. Upon opening and letting it breathe, I found that this Merlot has aged beautifully, offering a smooth profile with hints of plums and a warming finish. I highly recommend giving it a try!
