From the moment I connected with Mauro at Star Catering about our wedding, it was clear I was in good hands; he was a total rockstar throughout the entire process! Living far from Fresno presented some challenges, but Mauro's flexibility and incredible menu options made everything a breeze, even when Mother Nature threw us a curveball with hail and snow.
