Wow! I finally found a local bakery in South County that makes an amazing Italian rum cake. The Cassata I tried had a delicious rum filling and a beautiful almond paste frosting that made it look like a gift waiting to be unwrapped. The owners were so friendly and easy to work with, and I can't wait to order more desserts from them for my next event.
