I reached out to Miss Chan Chan on short notice for a bridal shower dessert order, and she managed to fit me in with a smile. The cake turned out just as I had envisioned, with a perfect balance of moistness and flavor that impressed our guests. Despite some imperfections in the cookies' appearance, they were a delicious addition to the event and left me eager to return for more of Miss Chan Chan's creations.
