After the server suggested the Longanisa Rice, I decided to give it a try, and I was impressed by the well-seasoned meat and the short grain rice that absorbed all the delicious sauces-though I wouldn't have minded a little more rice on the side. The only downside was the texture of the sausage, which was a bit soft for my taste, but the fast and friendly service made up for it. This experience has me eager to explore more dishes from their menu, especially the Rockit chicken and those incredible adobo fries!
