The barbecue here blew me away with its tender, flavorful ribs and perfectly smoked brisket that wasn't drenched in sauce but packed with smoky goodness. The sides, especially the mac and cheese and collard greens with chunks of meat, complemented the meal beautifully, and the owner's genuine hospitality made the experience even better. Although the to-go packaging could use improvement, the quality of the food and welcoming atmosphere have me eager to return and try more menu items.
