I had a wonderful experience ordering a giant cookie cake for my husband's birthday at Mrs. Fields. The customer service from Virat was exceptional, as he went above and beyond to deliver the cake to me in Gilroy, saving me a long drive with my son. The cookies are always a hit, and the service at the Valley Fair location is consistently outstanding.
