After a long day at the beach, I found the service incredibly quick and the food piping hot, fresh, and bursting with authentic flavors that rivals any Tex-Mex alternative. The carnitas, pastor, and cabeza tacos were some of the best I've ever tasted, perfectly cooked and seasoned, accompanied by amazing sides like spicy salsa and fresh spring greens. With friendly staff, reasonable prices, and consistently delicious dishes like the shrimp super quesadilla and beef tostada, this food truck has become my go-to for satisfying meals around Mission Bay.
