Enjoying an unforgettable meal from Chef Elmy's food truck in Emeryville, I was amazed by the generous portions of authentic, flavorful Mediterranean dishes like gyro, chicken shawarma, and falafel, all freshly made with seasonal ingredients and served with warm, humorous hospitality that made the long wait worthwhile and left me eager to return.
