The collection of food trucks on a Saturday afternoon is impressive, with one truck specializing in tea-infused ice cream flavors. While there is ample space, it would be more convenient if there were a few picnic tables available for diners. I've frequented this particular Off the Grid location multiple times, and during my recent visit, I noticed fewer trucks, making parking easier than before. Despite the lack of seating, the diverse food options make it a worthwhile stop for a casual bite to eat.
