Freshly made pupusas in San Leandro are hard to find in the East Bay, but Las Pacitas serves huge, crispy, and delicious ones with flavorful curtido and a variety of homemade baked goods that keep me coming back despite the wait for their made-to-order quality and slightly high prices.
