While celebrating our 10th anniversary in St. Helena with friends, we were introduced to Ron Wicker, a gentleman who proudly shared his own vineyard's 2008 Cabernet. After visiting other renowned vineyards, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of Wicker's wine, which easily rivals other esteemed brands we had tried. The experience of meeting Ron and learning about his wine-making process was truly memorable, and we left with a couple bottles of their exceptional 975 dessert wine, grateful for the opportunity to savor such exceptional craftsmanship.
