The bubbles here are amazing, especially the Pinot Noir, which is super smooth and elegant-just like Mike, the sommelier who was giving out free hugs and pouring generously during our tasting. The food and wine pairings blew me away, with every bite and sip getting better than the last, making it an unforgettable way to kick off the weekend.
