I just had the sushi burrito from Takeshi, and it completely exceeded my expectations with its fresh veggies and flavorful ingredients. The way he uses just a thin layer of rice really lets the vibrant flavors shine through. I can't wait to go back next Thursday for another round and to see if he can prepare sushi platters for my next gathering.
