I recently tried Rubicon Bakery's Red Velvet cupcakes, and they were absolutely delightful with a rich vanilla flavor and a moist texture. The cream cheese frosting was heavenly, sitting atop the cupcake like a fluffy cloud and even nestled in the center, making each bite a delightful experience.
