This small wine producer creates under 100 cases a year of exquisite pinot from carefully chosen vineyards, which is exactly what I look for to impress my dinner guests. The 2009 vintage, with its light color and perfect mouthfeel, was such a hit at my recent dinner party that friends couldn't resist sneaking bottles out under their coats.
