The Link family runs a stunning vineyard that produces exceptional Knights Valley Cabernet, with each vintage offering a beautiful tasting experience whether enjoyed young or aged in the cellar. At the recent 2012 Vintage Linked Vineyards Release Party, I savored delicious Neapolitan pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven while soaking in the breathtaking mountain views, and I wish I had saved some caprese salad made from fresh heirloom tomatoes!
