The strudel I discovered at the farmers market is a revelation, with an incredible flaky crust and fillings that make it hard to resist. After tasting the vanilla bean variety, I couldn't help but devour the entire slice, and I'm eagerly awaiting the opening of the tasting room in Petaluma, where I hear they'll also serve great coffee.
