It's a sad day as Flan Express has closed its doors, unable to cater to the trendy dietary preferences of the millennial crowd. Gary, the owner, refused to compromise the traditional recipe with modern substitutes like "free range tofu" and "conflict free soy milk." Farewell Herr Goebel, your delicious flan and exceptional service will be dearly missed by many loyal customers, myself included.
