The pork and chicken pí¢tí© chaud here are incredibly flavorful, flaky, and well-filled, making them my go-to for authentic Vietnamese baked goods priced far below competitors. Although the bakery operates out of a warehouse in an industrial area with limited hours from 5 to 10 a.m., calling ahead ensures your fresh, hot order is ready for pickup, and the friendly staff make the experience even better.

The pork pate chaud at this bakery is absolutely delicious, with a balanced flavor and a flaky texture. The chicken pate chaud is also good, but lighter in taste compared to the pork. I found the chocolate croissants to be a bit disappointing, tasting similar to packaged croissants from the grocery store. Overall, I would recommend trying the pork pate chaud for a flavorful and satisfying treat.
